audy inchan

Our managing attorney, Audy Inchan, is a graduate of Thammasat University law school in Bangkok, one of the top universities in Thailand. Audy has always enjoyed working with people and is passionate about using the law to provide protection and serve people’s interests.

He was fortunate to have had opportunities to interact and connect with people from diverse backgrounds and a wide range of cultures through his ten years working as a legal advisor to international organizations and as a student in Portland, Oregon.

As a licensed lawyer since 2008, Audy draws on his legal training and experience to help clients navigate the labyrinth of Thai legal system, particularly in real estate and business law.

In his free time, when Audy is not traveling, he enjoys cycling, kayaking, exploring the countless beautiful beaches of Phuket, or enjoying a competitive game of pickleball.

chaisak ratthapongkarn

Chaisak Ratthapongkarn, our senior associate attorney, holds two Master of Law degrees, one from Ramkhamhaeng University in Bangkok, and another with the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI) located at University for Peace (UPEACE) in Turin, Italy.

Prior to joining our team, Chaisak worked as Legal Counsel and lawyer for international organizations operating in Thailand and across Southeast Asia, and over a decade as a lawyer and Managing Director of a law firm in Bangkok. He brings a wealth of experience in representation, mediation, and litigation to the team, providing a strong foundation and exceptional support for our clients.

Chaisak is originally from southern Thailand and is happy to be back in the region allowing him more opportunities to be close to friends and family.

kritsada sunyadee

Kritsada Sunyadee is one of our firm’s associate attorneys focusing on legal defense and litigation. He is also a graduate of Thammasat University law school and obtained his lawyer license in 2010 along with a barrister license in 2011.

Prior to entering into private practice, Kritsada spent a number of years working for non-governmental organizations. His extensive experience helps our team work to protect the interests of our clients facing legal challenges in the Thai legal and court systems.

Kritsada places the highest importance on quality time with friends and family. When he is not in court or busy preparing for a case, that is whom you will find him spending time with.

koreeyor manuchae

Since her days as a law student at Eastern Asia University, Koreeyor has been passionate about helping people seek justice and receive the protection of the law they rightly deserve. Her decade working with human rights and labour rights organizations, and independent law practice, provides her with a solid foundation to work on complex cases, particularly in litigation across the fields of civil, criminal, and commercial law.

Koreeyor is fully licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and spent a semester at Montana University in 2015 to receive training through the Young Southeast Asia Leadership Initiative. She also received training at Manheimer Swartling Law Office in Stockholm, Sweden in 2016.

In her spare time, Koreeyor loves to lose herself in a good novel or spend time socializing with friends at a cute café somewhere.

victor huynh

Victor is from Canada but calls Phuket home. Having lived in various places around the world, he shares the same frustrations in dealing with bureaucracy in new countries and appreciates what our team sets out to do every day.

As a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in political science and later a master’s degree in international studies from Simon Fraser University, Victor has worked in both the private sector and public administration (he was posted overseas with the Government of Canada in India, Pakistan, France and Japan).

What he brings to Inchan Law Firm is a nuanced, Western perspective to allow our team to understand and connect with our clients better.

Victor loves traveling and learning languages. In his spare time, he enjoys bike touring and training for the next long-distance race.
