I have always loved working with people. As a law student at Thammasat University in Bangkok, I was fortunate to have the opportunities to interact and connect with many from a wide range of cultures. Upon graduating law school, I spent the first ten years of my career working as a legal advisor for various international organizations along the Thai-Burmese border.

My interest in working with foreign clients was further developed during my year studying in Portland, Oregon. I decided to move to Phuket shortly after returning from the United States and began my independent law practice, where I draw on my international experience to help clients navigate the labyrinth of Thai legal system.

In my free time, when I am not traveling, you can find me cycling, kayaking, exploring the countless beautiful beaches of Phuket, or enjoying a competitive game of pickleball.

Kritsada Sunyadee

After receiving my law degree from Thammasat University in Bangkok, I obtained my attorney license with the Lawyers Council of Thailand in 2010 and my barrister license in 2011.

I spent a number of years working for non-governmental organizations before entering private practice. Since 2017, I have been focusing on providing legal counselling and representation in and out of court for both civil and criminal cases.

As a member of the Inchan Law Firm team, I bring a strong background in negotiation, defense and litigation to protect the interests of our clients in the Thai legal and court systems.

I value quality time with friends and family. When I am not in court or busy preparing for a case, that is whom you will find me spending time with.

Koreeyor Manuchae

Since my days as a law student at Eastern Asia University, I have been passionate about helping people seek justice and receive the protection of the law they rightly deserve. My decade working with human rights and labour rights organizations provides me with a solid foundation to work on complex cases.

I am fully licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and spent a semester at Montana University in 2015 to receive training through the Young Southeast Asia Leadership Initiative. I also received training at Manheimer Swartling Law Office in Stockholm, Sweden in 2016.

Over the years, I have experienced various facets of the Thai legal system and this full circle brought me back to litigation, where my passion lies. Currently, I specialize in cases across the fields of civil, criminal and commercial law.

In my spare time, I like to lose myself in a good novel or socialize with friends at a cute café somewhere.

Victor Huynh

Advisor & Client Care Manager

I am from Canada but currently split my time between Edmonton and Phuket. Having lived in various places around the world, I share the same frustrations in dealing with bureaucracy in new countries and appreciate what our team sets out to do every day.

I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor's degree in political science and later obtained my master's degree in international studies from Simon Fraser University, and have worked in both public administration and the private sector.

What I bring to Inchan Law Firm is a nuanced, Western perspective to allow our team to better understand and connect with our clients.

In addition to travelling and learning languages, in my spare time, I enjoy bike touring and training for the next long distance race.
